Orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once you have items in your cart, you may use our tool on the shopping cart page to estimate your shipping costs. We may change our shipping service in the future based on customer feedback. 

When you place your order, we will make every effort to process your order within 2-3 business days. We will contact you if any of your selected products are on backorder. We will then transfer your package to USPS for delivery. For U.S. destinations, shipping may take up to 3 days from the time the package is transferred to USPS. International destinations will take longer for shipping. 

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products after you receive them, please call or email us within 30 days. We will provide you with a return authorization number. Write the number on your return package and send it to:

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all items except closeout/discontinued items and custom orders. Returned or exchanged items must be postmark dated within 30 days from the date of your receipt of the product. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Please note that any custom or special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
